Welcome to this fluid, uplifting, and heart-opening intermediate vinyasa practice filmed by the lake. Perfect for shifting your energy levels and releasing tension in your body, this practice should leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.

We begin with a seated warm-up and practice two standing heart-opening series with balances and twists. We end the practice lying down on our mats for an inversion, lower back release, and our final savasana.
