Classes for Women
NEW International Women´s Yoga Flow at Cafè International.
Join us on the mat: After work flow to re-energize and de-stress.
We will flow through a practice with standing and seated postures including balance and strength with options for twists and inversions. Modifications will be offered.
The main instruction is English and it is open to everyone!
There are a limited amount of mats. You are welcome to bring your own mat, yoga blocks, and straps.
